Question

I have to write a 6-pages paper about the relationship between politics and religions and art expressions and I have to do this by comparing and contrasting some examples of bands (or tribes) with some examples of states. Any help and information would be helpful. And if you guys know any good websites to look at for good information would be awesome as well. Thank you all.

modern day communist china and how the government restricts all aspects of the population (size, etc) and censorship. there is a relationship to be made there. soviet russia too. really, communism is a good overarching topic to cover here. you could contrast it with the socialism in, say, the scandinavian countries.

then relate these large scale examples with smaller populations, maybe preferably ones not outfitted with modern technology but still in the modern world.
