  2. Grinding up really hot peppers. When you use a stone grinder, does it hurt your nose?

    Is there a regional/natrional food?  like for instance, here in America we say "as American as Apple pie"  But really, apple pie is probably a food that was borrowed from the Germans because of struddel.

    What kind of ingredients/foods  (Thai-noodles; Italian- tomatos, India-spices,  Sweeden-fishetc) are more common in your cultures dishes?

    Where do some of the ingredients come from? (ex. chocolate comes from Aztecs, etc)

    What dishes are the most popular, traditional, associated with your country/ethnicity?

    How long does it take to cook most of your foods?

    Why are certain foods prepared a certain way?

    DO you know how to cook dishes from other cultures?

    What do you feel  is better or worste about other cultures dishes?
