  1. If you are asking as to what courses you should take in high school to major in cultural anthropology then the answer is you should just concentrate on finishing the courses that you need to get into college.  At the undergraduate level one does not typically specialize in one of the subfields of anthropology (although you can certainly take a majority of cultural anthropology classes).  Your degree will in the broader field of anthropology.  No matter what you take in high school you will have to start at the first level anthropology courses in college.  Unless you have anthropology courses in high school, nothing is really going to prepare you for a college level anthropology course.  If you really are interested in pursuing anthropology then I would suggest you read books on the history of anthropological thought.  A few classics would be Patterns of Culture by Ruth Benedict; Cows, Wars, Witches, Pigs by Marvin Harris; Coming of Age in Samoa by Margaret Mead; After Freedom by Hortense Powdermaker; Ilongot Headhunting by Renato Rosaldo; Interpretation of Culture by Clifford Geertz, etc.
