It is better for people to stay in their own countries rather than to migrate to other ones. Do you agree?

People need to be well prepared for their new home before migrating.  They should not only learn the language, but also the legal, cultural and regulatory climates.

No. If you are living in a war torn country, why should you stay there? People should be able to move to where they can prosper. But they should be prepared to learn the other countries culture.
