Cultural differences?

What does this mean to you " value differences between cultures must be taken into account" please give me a 1 good sized paragraph if you can. Thank you!

Ohh, that's the point of view of a cultural relativist.  Cultural relativism is the idea that each culture should be viewed within its own context and not from the viewer's context.

*Edit* ah, I read that wrong, I thought it read "What does this mean, 'to value differences between cultures...'"

Culture must be "taken value" as always.

Mostly, people have biases on different cultures.

For example the whites and blacks,some people are much in favor on whites, something like that.

And also, most often there is stereotyping.
