Cummins returns home with back pain – Cricket News Update

late last year.
Although he was not expected to feature in the opening Test against the Proteas, beginning from November 9th, the Australian management was still hopeful of using him for the latter stages of the series and wanted the player to play a couple of
Sheffield Shield matches in order to stake his claim.
However, upon arriving from South Africa, the player was immediately taken for examination by team physio http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Australia-c746 spokesperson said. "He had preliminary scans
today and is due to have further investigations over the next few days to establish a diagnosis."
It has been a stop start career for Cummins, despite being regularly picked for praise as the best young pacer in the country. After making an impressive Test debut against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/South-Africa-c757, where he picked up the Player of the Match accolade, a serious foot
injury ruled him out for the previous home summer, and the subsequent away series to http://www.senore.com/Cricket/West-Indies-c760.
He then made a comeback on tour of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 at UAE, and the World T20, before making important contributions for the Sixers in their
CLT20 campaign. However, a sore back has again put his involvement in doubt for the upcoming summer.
"You want to play as much cricket as possible and it starts with the Shield and I haven't played Shield for close to 18 months now so I am chomping at the bit to get out there," Cummins said on his return home. "It's ok that is mapped out three or four months
in advance but it does hurt when you are sitting on the sidelines and you feel relatively fit and there are other people playing."
