Cumulative GPA Weighting- how much does each year count in your cumulative gpa?

I heard that for your cumulative gpa that colleges see, they weight each year so that junior year counts the most, freshman the least, etc. but does anyone know the exact percentage each one counts for and how I'd calculate my cumulative gpa using that? Thanks so much!
