Cupcake ideas for 4 cupcakes?

do a cream cheese frosting then add sliced strawberries on top

White frosting, get some skinny red licorice strings and put an L on one, O on another, V on still another and E on the fourth.  

Or if you could find conversations hearts you could be one or two of those on each one.
