I work for 08Hrs in an airconditioned office. When i go to home after work and remain there for around an hour or so i start feeling my Lungs and breathing pipe are chocked and I am unable to breath. There is a sound like whistling also when trying to breath. It seems like ALLERGIC ASTHAMA. Can anyone suggest a HOME REMEDY for this kind of a problem. I don't want to use an Inhaler.

  1. You can take some steam daily, fill a pan with water, boil it, and add some vicks in it, now put a towel cover yourself , take the steam, this way your wind pipes will get open and chest will not be blocked, also stay her away from dusting work, remove old papers stock from home, no junk material and no bad treated plants should be around. In office also try to change seat, ask your Boss that you have problem with AC, so that you can sit somewhere away from AC, also do not eat ice cream, no cold drinks, for a while. otherwise, Inhaler is also a good remedy, when you are ok, you can leave inhaler.

  5. Get tested professionally to determine what you are allergic to & remove that from your environment.

  6. You should get tested by an Allergist to see what exactly you are allergic to. It come be a number of things from smoking to dust to mold to foods. Sorry but without knowing, it's hard to suggest a home remedy for you.
