    gave me tablets and told me to eat something light and take two tablets half an hour before boarding. I was absolutely fine, enjoyed the trip and didn't dread the trip back.

  4. I get terrible motion sickness--got it on the bus riding home the other night. Buses are the worst for me. I've been on cruises and long bus journeys and I wear those wrist bands that are for motion sickness. They work great for me, Not terribly stylish, but I don't get headaches or overly sleepy from the wristbands like I do from Sturgeon or Dramamine(sp).

    Oh, and I always eat salted plain potato chips/crisps when I start to feel sick, like when a plane takes off. That settles my stomach.
