has anyone ever had pain in the lower back and hips,that spreads down both legs..?whats the best cure

  2. Go to www.acufinder.com and find an acupuncturist in your area; this type of pain can easily be treated by a licensed acupuncturist without the use of pharmaceuticals.

  3. To cure backache, prepare medicinal oil by frying ten cloves of garlic in 60 ml of sesame or coconut oil in a frying pan. Fried on a slow fire till is browned. After the oil has cooled and still hot, rub vigorously on the back, and allow remain there for three hours.  Then take a warm-water bath.

    I recommend, in addition, the follow:

    - Keep the back upright

    - Take a break to stand up every hour if you have a sedentary occupation

    - Avoid cushioned seats

    - Sleep on a firm mattress on their sides with knees bent at right angles to the torso.

    - When lift any object, swat close to the object, bend the knees but keep the back straight and then stand up slowly.

  4. Pain down the leg usually indicates your sciatic nerve is being pinched. Chances are that it will eventually go away, but will return later. See a Doctor!

  5. You have to see a doctor on this . Cant remember  having  any pain like this ..could be some sort of arthrities . GL

    take hot showers and aim the shower head at your lower back.

  7. see a docter about it if your legs are feeling num. this could be a spine insident. if you dont think so than go in the water because the pressure of the water makes it feel painless.

  8. For back: Lie down. Put a pillow on your lumbar area.  Stay for 5-10 minutes.

    For legs: Lie down. Elevate legs. You can use 2 pillows then put your feet over them
