Cure for indoor palm fungus?

I am looking after a potted palm tree where the leaves and some stalks are covered in a white, powdery, snow-like fungus. Some leaves are increasingly turning yellow. HELP !!

  1. I am an avid gardner and occasionally. Sprinkle the area with baking soda. light to medium.
