Hi there,

I have THICK BOOFY FRIZZY hair and I wash it every 3 days which is fine. I use anti-dandruff shampoo & conditioner, but they don't seem to work as I still get dandruff. What can I do?

  1. I suggest Head & Shoulders dandruff control. It worked for me, but don't expect results right away. It takes a few weeks. Hope I helped. =]]

  2. My cousin has lots of dandruff and she has curly hair as well...

Well her mother went to the pharmacy to buy dandruff shampoo and it's working very well for her!

So i reckon, go to your local pharmacy and don't be shy to ask them, because they will know everything!

    Best luck for you (:

    I think it's tee-tree oil?

    GOOD LUCK``

  3. Massage your hair with oil atleast once in a week.

The below link may help you.

  4. i think you should wash your hair more often because when i wait a while to wash my hair i get bad dandruff. BUT when i do have dandruff i use Head and Shoulders classic clean shampoo for my next 2 washes and it works very well.

  5. mix up curd n limejuice n apply it to d hair n leaveit for15 min n then washup... i bet .. dis works definitely

  6. I have the same issue, and really, those shampoo's and conditioners don't usually work that well.

For me, I find that if I am going to use one, I use selson blue, and just the shampoo, not the conditioner, cause that usually makes the condition worst.

My issue was not getting all the shampoo and conditioner out of your hair, cause it cakes up on your scalp, hence dandruff.  So just spend and extra few minutes trying extremely hard to scrub off any extra shampoo/conditioner on your scalp.

Hope this helps, if this doesn't, I know it may seem weird, but I use a comb thats meant to get lice out, to get all the dandruff out.

But thats only when it gets really bad.

  7. some information,may be helpful,http://www.homesecuredot.com,

  8. I have the same problem, except my hair

is tightly wound curls, thick, and hard to

manage if its not blow-dryed half straight.

I was just looking on Y!A for an answer to my

problems, and alot of people suggested tea tree oil

    shampoo or t-gel.

so thats what i am going to try...

maybe you should do the same. and plus,

its not a chemical, its all natural healing

    for your dandruffy hair. lol

  9. one thing... dont shampoo ur roots alot. that only dries ur scalp out more which causes alot of the dandruff u encounter.
