Cure stage fright ?

im very shy when it comes to playing guitar in front of other people or on stage.i also think that they are always judging me

think about this- "if they thought that you'd be bad, they wouldn't show up. Obviously these people are here to watch you. They expect you to do fine, so show them that you are even BETTER than fine. show them that you ROCK! Start off with your eyes closed then open them and viola! thats what i did at my first audition.

i too used to be stage fright. what i used to do was to pretend that no one was their and i was just at practice rehearsing my lines for a play. so just imagine that your sitting in your room practicing. since you dont know what theyre thinking, dont worry about it! they could be thinking about how great you are! good luck =]
