  1. god is your answer! i will pray for you, but you have to meet him half way!

  2. Sometimes depression is caused by a great loss or life circumstances, moving to a new place, school, feeling like you dont"fit" in.If depression lasts more than a week see a doctor.Sometimes there are chemical imbalances in the body that can cause this. The smoking and drinking to excess will only make you feel worse.Get at the center of what it is that is upsetting you so much. The worse thing to do is to stay alone so much. Please see a doctor or talk to a counselor at college or your minister. They can help you.I wish you all the best, and I hope you come into all the happiness life can bring. Good luck to you!

  3. 10 Steps:

    1. Take a hot/cold shower (as per your liking)

    2. Wear some comfy clothes

    3. Close your eyes and try to relax (search for relaxing techniques on the internet)

    4. Deep breath

(Step 3 & 4 for minimum 10 minutes, max till you like)

    5. Get up, look yourself into the mirror. Start loving what you see.

    6. Reassure yourself that you are not at all sick and are fine.

    7. Drink a glass of water. (Remember to repeat this step every hour, when you are awake)

    8. Take on something that you have always wanted to do - gardening/cooking/playing some game/reading or for that matter writing.

    9. Be positive all this while. Try not to be unoccupied. Indulge into something that is tiring (phisically). I want you to sleep well - like a tired baby.

    10. Get into the schedule of daily exercise. You may chose aerobics/stretching/yoga or any other form. But sweat it out.

MOST IMPORTANT: How will you know you are not sick anymore? Take a paper, tear it into 2 halves. On 1 half write your present sickness level on a scale of 1 to 10. Put it at a place where you can' t see it unless you really waht to. Basically this piece should not catch your eye by mistake. On the 2nd half write "I AM NOT AT ALL SICK"  and keep it as close to yourself so that you can always catch a glimps of it. Anyways, if you want, you can re-rate your sickness level everyday before sleeping.

    All the best!

I am sure you are not sick. You just want to be pempered. You are the best to pemper yourself. 2 days of the above schedule and pepmer yourself with some shopping. :)

  4. Morning Sickness Cures

Pregnancy morning sickness occurs in 50 to 80% of new mom's to be. It's unfortunate that for many, the morning sickness will strike all through the day and not just in the morning. Most cases of morning sickness occur between the 4th and 6th week of pregnancy and lasts until the 14th to 16th week, but may last all through pregnancy, and leave many women actively searching for the elusive morning sickness cure.

What Can I Do To Cure My Morning Sickness?

Each woman is different where morning sickness cures are concerned. What works for one, may or many not work for another. Below you will find ideas which you can try:

    # Vitamin B6 - 50 mg. daily. Vitamin B6 has been scientifically shown to help morning sickness. You can find Vitamin B6 at your local drugstore or health food store. # Avoid warm places as heat can increase the nausea feelings.

    # Take naps during the day (but not right after eating). Tiredness plays a big part in morning sickness.

    # Get enough sleep at night.

    # Get out of bed slowly in the morning.

    # Try eating plain crackers or dry cereal before you get out of bed in the morning.

    # Open windows or turn on exhaust fans when cooking and after meals.

    # Cooking in the microwave usually produces less odors.

    # Ginger in capsules form 250 mg. three times daily can be beneficial. Ginger has long been associated with alleviating nausea. You can also get the benefit of using ginger by chewing on crystallized ginger or sucking on ginger hard candies.

    # Silly as it sounds, carry a handkerchief with a few drops of a non nausea causing essential oil (lemon for example) in it and breath through it if you can't get away from the smell that is bothering you.

    # Avoid greasy or spicy foods as they often cause nausea or heartburn.

    # Eat what you want when you want it. Your cravings will not lead you the wrong way.

    # Have frequent protein snacks. (Low fat meats and seafood, nuts, eggs and beans are high protein.)

    # Eat smaller meals every two hours or so.

    # Eating something salty before a meal can help you "make it through" a meal.

    # Do not drink fluids with your meals.

    # Non caffeinated teas like peppermint and ginger can help came nausea.

    # Drink small amounts of fluids regularly though out the day to avoid dehydration.

    # Do not skip meals if you can help it.

    # Avoid spicy and fried food - both eating and smelling it can increase your nausea.

    # Cold food may have less nausea inducing smells associated with them.

    Doctor Prescribed Medications

If your morning sickness is severe enough, your doctor may prescribe medication that will help you reclaim some normality in your life. If you are unable to keep food or water down for any length of time, PLEASE talk to your doctor to see what can be done. Extensive weight loss / dehydration can be harmful to both mom and baby. Your doctor will be able to evaluate your situation and health profile and decide which medication will be most helpful in giving you morning sickness relief. The medications prescribed are administered in three different ways depending on the severity of the morning sickness and the medication: orally, intravenously, and in suppository format.

For an extensive listing of the medications which can be prescribed for severe morning sickness relief, please visit Hyperemesis.org.

  5. go pray....repent of your sins and accept Jesus Christ into your life. Go to church . And i guarantee you will feel better because depression is nothing but the devil taking over your thoughts and state of mind.

  6. LMAO okay the responce of morning sickness made me laugh.

You're probably so down because you don't have a social group established. I kind of feel the same way. I have one really good friend I do everything and go everywhere with, and a few family members, but no one else. To me one person isn't enough. It's always good to have at least one good friend, but you need a group of friends to belong with as well. I don't have a job or go to school currently, so just take advantage of being in school and try and talk to people there.

    Though I'm sure I was c**p for help..ah ha.

  7. What you feel is so common, and the answer is so easy...it is staring you right in the face. You need is to have something to live for, something that sets the spark in your eyes again, something that makes your heart feel full and alive. When you wake up in the morning, it should be that something that lights up your face with a smile....it should consume your thoughts all day, and make you feel like you are valued, that your life has meaning.

You can't just shake depression off, hon. It will cling to you and keep a tenacious hold on your life....it isn't about to let go. But when you have something to live for, the depression will leave. When you have something to hope for, the depression will vanish. When you have something to dream for, your life changes. You're free at last.

I want you to know, that when you feel you are all alone, you aren't. There's someone there for you....he wants to hold you and comfort you, brush away your tears and ease away your heartbreak. He cares for you, and loves you more than life. He wants to take your hand and walk you through this. And this someone is God :)

i wish you the best of luck, dear. if you wanna talk, my email is nreedmail@yahoo.com

  8. starting to become healthy will help a lot.  Drink and smoke less, get outside a lot, and go on jogs or to the gym.  The more you excercise, and the more healthier you are, the more endorphins you release and become happier.  I seriously suggest this, being healthy can turn your life around.

Also, don't just read this answer and move on, go buy a bike if you don't have one, or get a gym membership today so you don't waste time on YA and the internet, but more time in the real world.

    Good Luck! :)

  9. People don't become depressed simply for no reason. Find the cause.Cure it.

  10. LMAO. The morning sickness response was hilarious. I am still not done laughing. At least they were informative. Well a good start would be to quit smoking so much and getting drunk so much. That will just make you feel like c**p. Maybe get a job where you can befriend some co-workers. Usually at a job you are forced to talk to other people.
