I am doing something called the Blazin' Challenge.
Eat 12 of the HOTTEST hot wings in 6 minutes.
Two rules:
1. No liquids (water, milk, etc.)
2. No wiping your face.
If you throw up, you're disqualified. You must eat most of the meat off of the buffalo wings.
What can I eat before and after to keep from having a bad stomach ache?
Before: Vaseline for my lips to keep from burning.
Milk in my belly to settle it.
After: Celery to cool down.
Maalox to soothe my stomach.
I plan on inducing vomit when I finish so I won't be too sick afterwards.
