  1. Consume lots of fruits and green salads. Vitamin B complex must be taken daily , as graying of hair is due to deficiency of B complex, at an early age. Drink lots of water. Check out http://useinfo-grayhair.blogspot.com/ for more info.

  2. Vitamin B 5 is supposed to help, but always take a B-Complex first because if you don't take Bs together it messes up the balance of chemical reactions in your body. So you can take extra of one of them, buit make sure you take a complex daily too.

  3. hair dye

  4. My Mommy died all her gray hair!!

and she has alot and she is 36

just go to the hair shop!

  5. Try increasing your intake of foods rich in PABA (Para - Aminobenzoic Acid) ie ~ liver, brewer's yeast, kidneys, whole grains, brown rice, bran, wheat germ and unsulphured blackstrap molasses.

PABA is part of the B complex of vitamins and is water soluble..... therefore our bodies can neither produce it or store it and we need to ingest it on a daily basis......  stress, eating too much protein, alcohol, eating too much tinned food, laxatives and diuretics, antiobiotics, antidepressants, penicillin, prednisone and aspirin, otc cold and flu medicines will all rapidly deplete your precious B complex of vitamins.

PABA helps form folic acid and is important in the utilization of protein.

PABA will help to restore natural color to your hair, reduce the pain of burns, keep skin healthy and smooth and help in delaying wrinkles.

A deficiency in PABA will produce eczema.

If you choose to supplement please ensure that you buy a B complex containing all the B's as they work best as a group ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, folic acid, PABA etc.... consult a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath to ensure you are properly assessed if you choose supplementation.

Try to cut out sodas, soft drinks and alcohol too if you drink any as they will all dehydrate you terribly and rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins ..  cut right back on coffee and tea also (if you drink them) as they will also rob u of your B complex and dehydrate you.

If you are taking penicillin, your PABA intake should be increased through natural foods or supplements.

Drink loads and loads of fresh filtered water too on a daily basis as the happiest and healthiest body will always be the most hydrated one.

    hope this helps u

    peace 2 u

  6. beauty parlor or barber or clairol in a box,,,all works good..

  7. There are lot of medicines in homeopathy to correct grey hair.  If it is naturally growing grey, with age, why not leave it at that.  If it is growing grey prematurely, there should be an underlying cause and reason which has to be addressed.  If you are interested in curing see a good homeopathic doctor.  If you are interested in only hearing the names of the medicine, it is not worth the cause, because greying of hair cannot be normally stopped by this for that treatments.  It has to be constitutionally looked into with genetic factors.

Greying of hair usually has its origin in the stomach and not in the head.  If we go by the symptoms of medicines like lycopodium which arrests premature greying, we can easily judge that its reasons are not on the skin level or the scalp level for which we normally start using a lot of oils and shapoos in the pretext of stopping the dandruff, falling of hair and greying of hair.  The treatment should go to the stomach, for hyperacidic tendencies, the habits, eating habits, sleeping habits, drinking habits and toilette habits and ways which are mostly not fully due to practice but earned as a tendency a Vasna; or through the genetic mutations or a lineally descended hereditory legacy.  A Miasm, A Dosha, A Sin, a Hereditory factor, which needs cleansing by thought speech and action to reverse it.

I have heard of a case where use of Lemna Minor had completely cured a case of greyhair in bunch in a young person but at the same time I also heard that the medicine had successfully brought out the underlying cause for the hormonal imbalance there, which was in the form of a cancer on a s*x gland which was of advanced stage and the person could not be saved from that malady.   It only points to the fact that an unnatural greying or premature greying should have an underlying malady or factor which may or may not be of a serious nature and should be carefully looked into.  If the patience for that does not prevail it would be worthwhile to paint(dye) it, rather than addressing it.

Reversing the process of greying is as strong a contender as reversing the process of ageing.  Here the cerebro spinal fluid has more to say and as such the characteristic (Vasna) for indulgence becomes a prime factor for ageing, greying as well as losing of hair.    In the latter I have found cleaning, the system of toxins(either by yoga or medicines), cleaning the energy centres (by yoga, reikhi, pranic healing, magnified healing, acupuncture or other methods), Purifying the blood and the blood vessels (by Yoga and medicines; Anuloma Viloma kriya, Bhastrika and other pranayamas and medicines like Arnica, Gingko Biloba, etc. in homeopathic doses, work well in cleansing the blood purifying and thinning it at the same time making it more powerful and nourishing.  Though medicines like Heparin and Warfarin does the same but do not have the rejuvenative function attached to it.  Proper blood circulation and nourishment thereby are the important factors for hair growth, rest should fall in place.

Another important observation in my personal life is that when I do a lot of calculations and mathematics, my left side tend to become more grey than the right side!  Invariably indicates a role of brain function, right or left, in greying.

I have found myself,  Lycopodium, Arsenic Album, weisbaden, Graphites, Acid Phos, phosphorus and Arnica useful.
