Curfew for 16 year old?

i just got my license...whats a good curfew/ what is/what was ur curfew when u where 16.

Congratulations on getting your license!

My curfew depended on my parents. I believe it was 10 p.m. on school nights and midnight on weekends (I often worked until 11 p.m. or so then).

I don't know if your parents have any say in your curfews, but don't push for weekend curfews of 1 or 2 a.m. Around here, that's when the bars let out, and I wouldn't want my kids driving on the roads then, especially when they have little experience.

On a school night and homework is done - 10:00 pm

Friday & Saturday night - 11:30 pm

11 is the curfew by law for persons under 18. if i were ur parents i would say 10 if ur a girl, and like 12 if ur a guy

i have two curfews one at each parents house....moms is when ever i want and dads is 12 ish

11 is a good time. I am 17 and my curfew is 11 but that is only because on a junior license in my state you are not allowed to drive after 11 but on that note, I still think 11 is a good time.

Ten thirty is usually the legal curfew.  Practice driving more before you drive at night to stay safe.

well in california everyone under 18 has to be home by 11... but i think a good place to start is 10 and working out a deal to get the extra hour

yea im 16 wit license  my curfew is 11-12:30  unless i have reason to be out later which depending on who im with  and i have to keep in touch with my parents like just call when i get somewhere so they kno im safe and when i leave so they  kno just bc (its not a big deal i just call as im gettin in or out of the car)

11 is a good time for the weekends, but week days 10 would be better at least during the school year, summer time should refer to the weekend curfew. and Congrats on getting your license.

Whe i turned 16, my curfew was 11. It went up an hour as i had a b-day..

17- 12 midnight

18- I was grown, daddy couldn't hold me down=)
