please tell me!! yes i am in the june 6th bunch and i need answers people!!!

LOL also i am just really really wanting my check so i am hoping that its coming this week. so please be nice to me......i am already going crazy over all this check nonsense.

It will come when it comes, if it come at all.  That is all anyone knows for sure.  The IRS has established a schedule by which they "intend to mail" the checks based on the last two numbers of your SS#.  There are a number of things that can effect the delivery of that check.

Hello, it's odd cause I never got a second notice but I was able to view my info on the "where's my stimulus' tool online. It said that by check was "scheduled to be mailed on May 16th" and i got it on the 19th. I live in NJ.  My husband who's social ends in 36 got his notice yesterday saying he will get his check BY the 6th but I have seen people say on here that it is the mailing date so who knows. Good luck and I hope we do get it earlier than next week cause let's face facts, money is better earlier than later ;-)

u got a notice that say the 6 th so it will be mailed on the 6th and u should recieve it shortly there after [a  couple of days later]

There is a letter, and an IRS website, which are supposed to be providing the same info.  The website giving your individual info says mailed by, and the letter apparently says you will have it by - one of the two has to be wrong.  The published schedule on the irs site that shows the dates says

"Payments will be mailed no later than (and received a few days after):" and also says "Please allow additional delivery time, perhaps 3 to 5 days, since the paper checks are being sent through the mail."

A number of people have posted here that they've actually received their checks a few days after the date on the letter.

If you want to argue that you'll have it by this Friday, go ahead - and since some are mailed out before the date shown (notice that it says mailed NO LATER THAN, not mailed ON) you might get lucky and get yours early.  But if you are making plans based on getting it, you'd be wise not to plan to have it until sometime next week.
