Curling Eyelashes and mascara?

Are you supposed to curl you eyelashes before or after putting on mascara? and whatever the answer is, why?

  1. Curl your eyelashes before. The mascara when it drys can get stuck to the curler and you end up pulling lashes out with it. Not a pretty sight!! And if you aren't careful and you do pull out your lashes, they may not grow back..
