  1. Ever 3 or 4 months i would get my hair trimmed, not that much

and i would also use a spray to protext from heat (blow drier/curling iron, etc)

    I use this:

    resemme Heat Defence Styling Spray

it makes my hair look so much more healthy, shiny and soft

use lots on conditioner when you wash your hair, and don't wash your hair EVERYDAY unless you have to, washing it too much dries your hair out. Also, brushing your hair too much causes breaking

  2. I'd get a trim,

and use a heat protection gel

    or something before you straighten.

I use one by V05 and I really like it,

    it smells good too :D

If you want your curls to go down,

there really isn't anything that you can do unless

you get it chemically straightened, which I wouldn't

recommend. I have the same problem.

I spend almost two hours straightening my hair

    everyday.

    Good luck!

  3. What you need to do is get your ends trimmed regularly, like every 6-8 weeks. Use a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, and use a leave-in conditioner. You should also use a heat protectant before straightening your hair. But, these don't protect the hair 100%. The real problem is the heat (straightener) which destroys the hair if you use it too much. Limit the use of heat as much as possible and use the lowest temperature that will give you the results that you want.

  4. i think that a good trim and some kind of mousse for curly hair....a lil hairspray and i think your hair would be gorgeous.....you should defintly wear it curly...i wish my hair could curl!
