  1. Maybe skip the shampoo to every other day. Find hair products that don't contain alcohol, which drys out hair (research ingredients).

PEG/PPG and Sodium Laureth Sulfate are no-nos

I'm not sure if the serum has alcohol or not, but you could try leave-in conditioner or a gel. Don't mess with your hair too much, like brushing,  to limit the frizz. To get rid of tangles either brush hair before you wash it, or comb while you wash it with conditioner. Get a longer layered hair cut.

    And remember: Moisture, Moisture, Moisture!!!

  2. Ooohhhh!  I have the same type of hair and the same problem.  However, I recently switched to Matrix Sleek.Look shampoo and conditioner and I started using Aveda anti-humectant and Mizani Humidity Resistant spray and my hair is soooo much better!  The difference is amazing!

  3. i also have wavy/curl/medium length hair. after washing and conditioning it (i use herbal essences), i blow dry it till it's half dry, then i let it airdry the rest of the way. when it's dry, i put in a tiny bit of mousse and some cream, like sunsilk 24/7 defrizz creme, and twist it around my fingers to define the curls. i also straighten my bangs.

also, you should get layers cut into your hair, if you dont already have them

  4. use a good extra hold gel and get a diffuser and scrunch your hair while you dry it. but don't ever brush it or you hair will frizz really bad!

  5. My hair length and style is about the same as yours, except mine's all straight on the top and wavy near the bottom :)

What I use is Sauve shampoo and conditioner - the one in the purple bottle. Volumizing, I think? And then they have other products that are the same line - also in purple bottles. They have a nice foam thing that looks like it's in a spray can, and it actually minimizes the frizz :)

Try some other anti-frizz products, too...eventually you should find one that works for you :)

  6. The Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Control System is this system that makes your hair shinier, sleeker, and less frizzy! There's conditioner, shampoo, glaze, leave in conditioner, anti frizz serum and all this stuff in there that you can buy at Target! I use it and it works wonders!

  7. I use Matrix Sleek...shampoo and conditioner to fix my hair straight or curly. I buy this at the salon and it seems to help me. Sometimes using too much moiturizing products can cause your hair to frizz more especially if there is already moisture/humidity in the air. I live in Ohio which summer gets very humid and I don't use very much moisture product like serum. In the winter it's dry and your hair holds static and actually my hair doesn't frizz much and easier to straighten.

  8. Right after you style your hair and put your products in, spray Aussie Extreme Hold all over your hair, not too much but enough. : )
