Current hairstyles& fashions in Italy?

im not american but im filipino(from canada) and im going to be going to italy and spain. I dont want to look bad so im shopping for new clothes to wear there.

What should I avoid and what should I get? & how do the girls wear their hair there(im 21)?

and how are the people like there?

Hi! I'm from Italy, I live in Milan and here there are lots of tourists in summer as in the rest of the Country.

Italian girls love tourists style, everything you wear is always fashionable for us! You should wear short dresses or shorts with long vest top (don't show your belly, it's old fashion) and flat sandals during the day cause you'll be free and comfortable, sandals with high heels for the night. I think the same for hair style, we like you as you have them, and if you have long hair I suggest you to arrange them in a ponytail cause it will be soooo hot here and in Spain.

Here many girls have long/short hair with bang like this http://iloveshopping.files.wordpress.com... but you can leave them as they are!

Other things we love are accessories: belts, rings, bracelets, necklaces and above all big bags!

People are all different, but I think we are sunny and kind, we love to speak a lot, stay with other people, have good time and laugh.

We are helpful, friendly and funny! I warn you :D Italian boys love foreign girls and they will try in every way to talk (not only) to you :P

If there will be girls that look at you in a bad way don't care they're just jealous, but you, please, don't pose as a snob (as you think you're best of us and beautiful, even if you are), it would be odious.

As for English, if you need some information and you have to ask for something you can go in a bar either in a shop or stop young people and adults but not old people because they don't speak English, and almost always also adults! When you have to talk to us speak lowly and so we can understand everything and help you at best.
