For returns procedure you have to fill up Forms 26Q, 27A, etc., Normally you have to file your returns every quarter.  TIN Facilitation centres are available across the nation, and they are authorised to upload your returns to the Income Tax department.  For your nearest TIN Facilitation centre visit www.tin-nsdl.nic.in
