Question:

Current weather in the Baltic region?

I'm going on holiday on Saturday, but I have no idea what sort of things to pack.

What is the current weather (or typical July weather) in the Baltic region, namely -

* Southern Denmark

* Southern Sweden

* Southern Finland

* Western Russia (St Petersburg)

* Northern Estonia

I don't mean temperatures as such, because I don't really understand them. Can you advise me if it's -

* T-Shirt weather

* Jumper weather

* Coat weather

* Beach weather

I live in England if that helps you with climatisation. Can you please advise, so I know what to pack? Thanks :)

  1. Sorry, but southern Denmark, Sweden and Finland are not Baltic areas, but Scandinavian countries. The weather has been changing from rainy to quite warm days, so I advice you to pack all the clothes you mentioned.

    I´m sure the same goes for Estonia (a Baltic country) as well as western Russia.

    Have a nice holiday, I really hope the weather will be nice and warm wherever you go!

  2. It's been raining almost every day all day for a month now. It isn't too cold though. I'd say Jumper weather, make sure you take a coat with you if it rains. It can be hot and the weather can change within an hour to crazy rain. Our weather is just like yours.
