Currently my horse is on Cosequin. Is their another supplement out there that is comparable and less expensive

I worked for a stud farm, and each season all our in-foal mares were supplemented with Red Cell (along with other things such as sunflower/flax seed, etc). But Red Cell was the most important thing. A helpful hint: Red Cell is pretty much standard on the backside of the racetracks, so that should tell you something right there. It really is our industry's "standard." Go for it, although be careful with instructions because we did over supplement a horse with it once and she began losing hair and other problems.
