  1. You can freeze it for as long as your freezer will allow.  My freezer says I should only store things in there for up to 3 months but I've kept things in there longer and they have been fine to eat.

I freeze curries all the time,

Gosh you're making me hungry now...Can I have some??

  2. Send some to me.Its dinner time at work and some curry would be very nice.Any chance of some pomps or nan bread as well?Seriously freeze it and it should be fine.

  3. sure it can be freezed but maybe not for too long 5 days the most.

  4. freeze the curry, NOT the rice.  rice has a tendency to change it's consistency when frozen and thawed, it becomes mushy, so, wrap it and put it in the fridge.  if you're not having the curry so soon, you might consider making a rice-pudding with the left over rice, or something of that nature.  the curry, itself, will be fine, if you put it in an airtight container (or even a zip lock bag, and eliminate as much air from it, as possible)  air in packages, or non-airtight seals on packages is what causes 'freezer burn', which changes the texture, and flavor of the contents... it also can render those contents inedible.

  5. Yep you can freeze it, or put it it the fridge over night it will be ok tommorow, cover it with cling film

  6. Hey there! Don't listen to those who advise you to freeze. I am a Caucasian and mutton and rice are our native/national dishes with variety of other products. The thing is that these two things will not be the same tomorrow :( That's true, believe me... And freezing kils both of them due to the structure and way they were prepared. Nothing will happen if you live the at home temperature in some cool place like kitchen or garage floor. Only then they will be good the next day, BUT not more than one day!!! On the third day they can be eaten, of course, but the taste will be ABSOLUTELY different, to put it mildly...

    Good luck!
