Curse words being used on tv?

why is it that you can say bxtch on tv uncensored, but you can't say shxt, as*, and fkcu

b@tch actually means female dog in heat. A$% also is another name for a donkey and is used in the Bible many times. When the words were first used, they were not meant as curse words at all, we just perverted them by labeling people that as a cut-down and thus becoming curse words. The Bible also uses the word p**s which we consider a very bad way of saying pee, but I guess back then it was normal to say it. Some people consider the word ignorant being bad also, but it only means unlearned. I'm sure there are plenty more examples but that's all that comes to my mind right now.

They should just unbleep the curse words, everybody curses, no big deal.

The first is a real word,not a curse word.People use them as curses,but they are not.The others are.

Some words are deemed, correctly or not, more offensive than other words.  Google "George Carlin" and "seven dirty words" if you don't know that famous story.

Also, please realize that the censorship rules differ from network to network, network vs. cable, prime time vs. late night, and etc.

you can curse on tv if you want to pay the fine or fines for the word or words you use .
