Cussing doll?

does anybody remember in like 1995 or 1996 there was a doll that was recalled be cause it cussed? the guy who was responsible for making it talk was mad at his job and made it say something like: oh s*** or something like that. I had that doll lol

I remember something about it. It was a Barbie, if I'm not mistaken and it seems like it was a School Teacher Barbie, but I'm not positive.
