I.M. stands for Indian Meridian and it is an intial point of a land survey line. There is presently no activity in that section or anywhere close, the nearest drilling is over in Beckham county. Companies do not need all mineral owners to sign a lease for them to drill as they will just force pool those interest not leased and there is a pooling order for that section. If you ever decide to sell some of your mineral interest let me make an offer.
