Custody battle someone help?

i need some quick advice someone help my mother has recently got temporary custody of my daughter shes had custody for almost a year know due to alot of lies from an ex im a currently filling out paper to get her back but since im pregnant and have two months left im currently not working and have a friend supporting me until i give birth will the judge grant me custody without having a job or proof i understand i cant take care of a kid without a job but by the time i get the paperwork in i will be back working and have an income serious replies only please

The Judge will think in the best interest of your daughter.  You are not inconditions now to care for her

Unfortunately the judge will go for the best interest of the child. Right now, you are not "fit" to be your daughter's parents FINANCIALLY. Please dont think I am saying that you arent a good parent. The judge will see that you arent working and you have another baby on the way and he will automatically dismiss your case. You need to get a good job making enough money to support yourself and two children before the judge will grant you custody again. I am sorry! :-(
