Custody battle/ supervised visitation

Question

i live in tennessee and my ex lives in georgia we have a 7wk old son. he recently kicked us out and we had to move in with my grandmother in tennessee. him and his parents were treating to take the baby from me. if i tell the judge i am scared they will take the baby from me will he only grant supervised visitation?

Talk to a lawyer; most states have free ones if you can not afford it. If you can not find one call your attorney general and they should be able to give you a number for legal aid.

Don't plot to deprive your child of a parent. Tell the judge the truth without exaggeration and let him/her decide what sort of visitation your ex should have. You chose this guy to make a baby with him and your child - unless this person is a LEGITIMATE danger to his physical safety - deserves to have that father in his life.

Let the judge know that they threatened you, and most likely, this is what will happen, especially after the judge finding out that he kicked both you AND the baby out.
