Custom Built Reptile Enclosures?

Question

I am toying with the idea of refurbishing household castoffs into really nice reptile enclosures. I would take items that would otherwise be trashed into a landfill and create one of a kind reptile housing. Items such as speaker boxes, old book cases, old desks, entertainment units etc.

They would be very beautifully done. My question is:

A. How much are you willing to spend on a custom enclosure (Lights, heat fixtures etc...not included) I would work with you to find a piece that would work with the decor you have now and convert it for you.
