Custom License plates in Texas?

Question

I just bought a mirrored Univ of Texas License plate, it has the Orange Longhorn log in the middle, but I was wondering is this legal in the state of Texas, if it's on the front of my SUV?

You need to have both front and rear plates in Texas and this would be illegal but you can have the mirrored plate below either the front or rear Texas plate.
