Custom Push bumper?

I am trying to find a police push bumper that can be fitted to a 1997-2000 Dodge caravan. If there are any that are already made for it (which I doubt), or is it possible to make one fit to the van.

I can do the drilling and cutting where necessary... I just need to find a push guard that would best fit my van.

You should be able to get a push bumper for a Dodge Ram that will fit your van
