Custom Repaints(Figures)?

Question

How would I make it super shiny?

In my case right now im using a flat black acrylic

followed by a dry brushed coat of silver

Last is several coats of clear colors for a nice glossy look

what could i do for more shine?

My Dad uses clear coat and that usually gives it the touch.
