Custom avatars after the implosion of 360?

Question

Will we be able to use custom avatars after 360 goes *poof*? I just wouldn't be "me" without my chimp avatar. Beyond that I won't recognize folks as easily who tend to make thought provoking posts. Well yeah, there's that little blue icon but still,.....

UPDATE: You should just check the Y!360 team blog for accurate information at http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 . Actually, the status of Y!360 images on Y/A (i.e. 360 personal profile picture module) HAS been mentioned on the blog. It will be retained in the transition. Now, whether it will still work in Yahoo! Answers is another story.

the word is that 360 is going to continue with new changes.  I guess we will have to wait and see what happens.
