Custom engines?

where can I go on the net to find a builder

that will bilud me any kind of engine for like a quad or a bike?

and I mean ANY!

You could not afford to have engine built.

Anyway, why bother when the top builders in the world all ready build great quad engines.

Try asking this in the motorcycle section instead of racing then you may get somebody who build engines on there.
