Custom man/messenger bags?

There's loads of sites out there that let you design your own T-shirts, but why not bags?

Does anyone know of a site that lets you design your own man bag/messenger bag?

Or at least, what sites have the best range of bags?

Try Timbuk2, they create bags with artists in limited editions that you might like. They are hard to make in single quantities so I think it would be very expensive to customize. You could try screen printing something you like and then sewing it on.
