Custom screenprinted tee-shirts with no minimum order quantity?

I'm looking for a website where I can customize a tee-shirt utilizing screenprinting, but with no minimum order quantity. Everywhere I've found has a minimum order of 12 or more. I just want to purchase 1. I know there are sites that offer iron on and digital printing with no minimum order, but I'm looking for Screenprinting. Any help is appreciated....
