Customer Service Rep?

I've been told to go to a Yahoo Groups customer service rep to help me with my issue. Where do I find one? Can someone give me a link?

if Yahoo is your ISP, there'd be a phone number. if you're a non paying user of Yahoo products, all ya get is the Help Form. most of us here are Yahoo users, not Reps. of Yahoo
