just tell your customer, there is a shop policy that only allows exchange within 3 days or less.

you will be most willing to help do the exchange provided the items are still in their normal packaging with tag.

If he/she comes back again, just tell that you will not be able to do any more exchange as it will affect the inventory system.

Get a manager they probably got some little scam going.

Contact your manager.  They may be stealing.

Tell them that you have up to now exchanged the goods 3 times more than you have a legal duty to out of a sense of goodwill. If they wish to return the goods again then you will assume they are surrendering the item and will issue them with a refund at 25% of the original cost. Alternatively, that they may pay an additional sum of 50% of any further item which they take in exchange for the thing they keep returning.
