Customer service: was this rude?

Question

I went to a convenient store this morning to buy a soda. I didn't have any cash so I pulled out my mom's American express card and the woman looked down at it and told me they don't take credit cards and I said "but everyone takes credit cards" since honestly this is the first place I went to that didn't accept credit cards and she said "This isn't the mall princess, cash only please" So I left without it. Was that rude of her should I complain to her manager about it?

Same thing happen to me my 60GB Ps3 stoped reading disc after the 3.15 update then it wouldnt finish dowloading the 3.30 update because it fails at 60%. I called sony and they were rude a*s h**l and in lamest terms they said f**k you pay me! f**k Sony! I will never buy a 360 agian but atleast when my 360 got RROD Microsoft fixed it for FREE!  I hate Xbox though but I got to give props to MS for covering there mistakes.  Sony are complete a******s I hate them now.
