Customer support?

anyone working from home doing customer support? if so how hard is it and how does one get involved?

I thought about working from home doing customer support, when my job was laying off people. I planned to do it on my own.  I would get remote connection software.  I would get one of those 900 pay per call numbers.  I would then advertise cheep computer help via phone.  It seems like a good way to start a company.

it's not hard at all if you can work alone, be without distractions like the TV and phone .
