  1. Take it back to the store.  Such things happen.  The store should have no problem refunding your money, or replacing the product.  don't make too big a deal out of it.  Express your concern, but don't get too hysterical

Store employees respond so much better when you aren't hysterical.

  2. take them back. Things happen.

  3. Look on the packaging for the company then call them and tell them what has happened , they will prob ask you to send it back take a photo of it before you do, also get there name time of call, where u got it from, they may offer you compensation, but i bet it will not be a lot

  4. Take it back to the store with your receipt for a refund.

  5. well its not the store fault it probably got in there from the manufacturer but you should go and take it back for the safety of others who knows its might be some in the other bags

  6. take it back to the store, or write the company, maybe take pictures too? my friend bought a carton of ice cream and found a whole wrench inside once! random...

  7. wow, never happened to me before, I would suggest taking it back to the store and if that does not work, I would contact the BBB (better business bureau) and file a complaint against them.

  8. Go back to the store and go to the customer service, they should know also get your money back.  It has happened to me where I went to a well known pharmacy to buy my son tylenol and it was expired, I flipped out on them and they were giving me a hard time.  Stated they would never sell expired items.  I told them if they dd not pull medicine off shelves and give me my money back or I would call the health dept.  They apologized and pulled items off shelves and gave me my money back.

  9. Take it back for a refund.  No big deal.

Keep in mind that we are in the days of mass production.  This basically leads to things like that.  If you like chocolate bars, do you realize how many spiders and rat droppings that you have eaten in your lifetime?  Quite a bit.  Do you think that Pork or any meat is totally void of anything like that?

How many of you eat organic?  Oh yeah, no pesticides leads to live moths in bags of spinach.

The point is, no big deal.  Take it back, exchange it, and trade it for something where you can't see the bugs...even though they are there.  I am not making fun of you, I promise.  I would take it back myself, and try to pretend that what I said isn't true.  :)

Happy eating...and ask yourself what the protein content of a Hershey bar really comes from.

  10. k

  11. They received their name from a myth that they crawl into a sleeping persons ear and borough into their brain. Earwigs are dark brown and have scissor-like tails. You found a whole earwig in the peach hoop sweet.  That is really bad but I am sure common.  They love sweets and melons.  You might want to take it back just to let them know.  It could not be the only one.  I am sure somewhere in thos peach hoop sweets there is another one.   Remember they are just the workers of the store and could not have prevented it.  It probably happened in the processing plant.  The quality control guy was playing is psp while on the job and missed a earwigs crawling onto the conveyor belt.

  12. Show that to the store where u bought it from.. and ask for a refund...

  13. I have had problems with products before as I work at a daycare and I just called, emailed or wrote and they all responded quite well. Most in fact, will send you out coupons or freebies to make up for it. And it's nothing to them, they are just glad to know as they are just as concerned.

  14. iLLLL nasty. Take it back to the store....make a scene..get your money back!

  15. go back to store so they remove the rest from store

make a sceen if they seem unconcerned

get a refund and file complaint with main office

  16. take it back - the sweet the earwig --- everything

  17. let the shops head office know, trading standards will refer you to the relevent department and then make a complaint, take photo's of the sweet as well !

  18. was it lydls? because i know they sell peach hoop sweets.

and erugh! apparently someone bought a loaf of bread and it was one that wasn't sliced, and it had a mouse in it :(
