Customized Tickers for my website?

Question

There are a load of websites out there that provide you with a script, but they require that you choose from their preselected generic clip-art. Is there any way, or any site that provides the service, where I can customize my ticker with my own images?

(I'm asking this question here, because I know a lot of you have pregnancy tickers on your myspace pages and otherwise.) Thanks!

I think Lilypie.com allows you to add a side image of your own.
