Customized or personalized wrist sweatbands in Singapore? Orders of small quantities of around 20 only?

Where can I order customized wrist sweatbands in Singapore? I want to put a logo on a plain one color wrist sweatband. If I can't order them, where can I get them from? Thanks.

Proceed to Toa Payoh HDB Hub. There is a small shop kind of hidden between some bags / clothings shop where they are able to do small quantities. It's situated in an "alley" just next to McDonald's door that leads to the bus interchange.
