Custon license plate number/letter

Question

My friend has a old dodge challenger I think it may be a 1963??? He is looking for a custom license plate number/saying??? He would like something w/ the word mopar in it if pos. Does anyone have any suggestion or know a site I can suggest to him to come up with a unique license???

p.s.

I'm not talking about the license frame, thats all I could find when I searched I mean the actual number/letters it will be registered with.
