Cut/opening under pinky toe

i have this little opening under my pinky toe and i have no idea what it is. It hurts too. Its pretty deep but doesnt bleed. Anyone know what it is?

Sounds like athlete's foot.  Get some anti-fungal powder, spray, or cream, it should feel better pretty quickly and be healed in a week.  It's contagious, so let the others in your house know so they can check their feet too.
