Cut out pictures with letters?

Question

How can i cut out pictures with using letters. With parts of the picture showing inside the letters outlines, and just a color around the letters. here's what I'm trying to make> http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r117/ayjay1996/FOB.png ..Giving a best answer if u can figure it out! :]
